The Platform API

Connected Accounts

Manage your videos, ask questions, and build applications with the Platform API. Explore the operations below for request details, responses, and examples.

Connected Accounts

The phone numbers and chat accounts you have connected to your own account, and your personal channels. This is account data, not project data: use a user token. Project keys are refused with 403.

GET/api/v1/identitiesList your connected accounts

List your connected accounts

For a WhatsApp number or Telegram account, projects lists each project you can manage and whether its alerts reach you there.

PUT/api/v1/identities/:id/projects/:projectId/alertsTurn a project's alerts on or off for you

Turn a project's alerts on or off for you

For a WhatsApp number or Telegram account. Needs a write role on the project. Turning alerts off keeps the channel so you can turn it back on later.

DELETE/api/v1/identities/:idDisconnect an account

Disconnect an account

Stops every alert to that number or chat, in every project, then disconnects it. Calling it again returns the same result.

GET/api/v1/notifications/account-channelsList your personal channels

List your personal channels

Your personal channels, plus the channels of every project you manage, in one call. Channel objects have the same shape as the project channel list.
