Human-in-the-loop review for flagged content. Reviewers claim items, inspect evidence, and submit decisions.

Get review queue items

Returns flagged content awaiting human review. Query params: limit, status

Claim item for review

Locks the item to the current reviewer. Other reviewers see it as claimed.
